Which possibilities of receiving are there, if I do order tickets online and how much do I pay?

Next to the ticket’s costs you have to add the sending costs. Your tickets can be sent to you in different ways. Depending on the ways, postage costs will be added to the ticket-costs.
On the Metalfest homepage, you decide yourself how many tickets you want to get delivered. We will not charge postage-costs per ticket but per sending. So feel free to order as many tickets as you want to.

Sendings to our European neighbours cost 4,00 Euro postage.

NON-EU-Sendings cost will 7,00 Euro postage.

We will send the tickets as soon as the money has reached us. This may take 2 to 4 days in Germany. We will not send you any separate validations that the money has reached us. Furthermore, we can not take any responsibility if tickets get lost or do not arrive. The only thing we can do is checking when the tickets were sent to you.
